Today's weight

I stepped on the scales today and it was 235.5! I had been at 236.5 for a few days, so I finally dropped an extra pound. I have been limiting calorie intake a whole lot to get there. I just wonder how much more I would start losing if I actually got off my butt and started exercising some.

UGH the E word !!!!! I hate it too - but I finally started two months ago and it does seem to help keep the weight loss slow and steady each week. I'm up to 30 minutes a day on an exercise bike (and 50 reps on my core flex thingy) - I read, watch tv and sometimes even crochet -- but at least I can do something else and can pretend I'm NOT exercising. LOL Lady Rose

Exercise is a four letter word! LOL! I have to find something I really like to do and do it often enough. I've been talking about taking us tennis again for the first time in five years or so. I love to play, and I'll get a lot of exercise. I've just got to find the time. :-(
